Do you ship international orders?

Yes! Shipping fee varies depends on the products. Check it out on each product description. 

How long do I have to wait for my product?

At this time it may take up to 10 business days for your package to be shipped out. Once your package has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email provided with your shipping information. 

You will get your order into your hands within 1-2 working days after that if you live in Japan. If you are outside Japan, it will take longer. Be patient! It usually takes 1-3 weeks. 

My product still haven’t arrived!

Delays do happen sometimes, and you can usually trace your parcel online or get in touch with your courier with the tracking info provided. If you’ve done this and are still having issues, contact us and we will get it sorted.

Cancelling or amending an order:

We cannot change any information on an existing order once it has been processed, including but not limited to the shipping address, billing information, item, or quantity. For this reason please do check all of your details carefully when you place your order as we can’t amend your order once it’s been dispatched..
